What Are Chapter Images?
Recap automatically generates 10 chapter images from your recording. These are representative frames spread evenly throughout the event, giving you a visual overview of the entire recording.
Smart Frame Selection
Chapter images use AI-powered person detection to select the best frame from each segment. The system evaluates multiple candidate frames and picks the one that best features people — ensuring your chapter images show players rather than empty fields.
Poster Image
A poster is automatically selected from your footage (typically from the first third of the recording). This becomes the main thumbnail shown in the home feed carousel.
Regenerating Chapter Images
If you're not happy with the auto-selected frames, you can regenerate them:
- Go to My Events and select the event
- Navigate to the Images section
- Tap Regenerate to generate new chapter images
Cloud Sync
Chapter images are automatically uploaded to the cloud so they appear on all your devices and in the web portal.
