Logging Goals

Record goals in real-time during Soccer mode recording.

How It Works

In Soccer mode, team labels appear on screen during recording. When a goal is scored, tap the scoring team's label to log it.

Goal Entry

After tapping a team label, a goal sheet appears where you can:

  • Enter the scorer's name (optional but recommended — this helps generate accurate commentary)
  • Confirm the goal
The goal is timestamped to the exact point in the recording, which is used later for creating highlight clips.

Live Score

After logging a goal, the on-screen score updates immediately. This gives you a live scoreline throughout the match.

Editing Goals Later

Don't worry if you miss a goal or log one incorrectly during recording. You can edit the timeline after recording:

  • Go to My Events and select the event
  • Open the Timeline Editor
  • Add, remove, or adjust goal markers

Goal Tally vs Manual Score

By default, the score is calculated from logged goals (goal tally mode). If the goal log doesn't match the actual score, you can switch to manual score entry during event completion.
